1. Service

Language Club Egypt provides online live language conversation sessions and related community features. Membership is subscription-based and billed monthly in Egyptian Pounds (EGP).

2. Eligibility

Membership in the Club tier requires passing a voice-based level check. The minimum English Club level is CEFR B1. The minimum German Club level is CEFR A2. This requirement exists to protect the quality of peer learning for all members.

3. Payments & Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly. By completing payment you authorise Language Club Egypt to store a card token for automatic monthly renewal. Early-bird pricing (500 EGP/month) is locked for the first 100 members (founders). All other members pay 500 EGP/month for the first 3 months, then 700 EGP/month. Prices are VAT-inclusive.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time by contacting hello@languageclub.eg. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued.

5. Suspension

If a monthly charge fails, you enter a 48-hour grace period. If payment is not settled within 48 hours, your membership is suspended and you are removed from the Telegram group. You may re-subscribe at any time.

6. Recordings

Level-check audio recordings are stored for 7 days and then automatically deleted. Session recordings (if any) are stored for 30 days. Recordings are used solely for evaluation and quality assurance.

7. Conduct

Members are expected to participate respectfully. Language Club Egypt reserves the right to remove members who behave in a disruptive or abusive manner without refund.
